Es el documento público necesario para probar que una persona está casada. En él se registran los datos de quienes se casan y el acto del matrimonio. Sirve para adquirir derechos y cumplir obligaciones entre sí, ante la familia, las autoridades y la sociedad.

Requisitos:

• Copia auténtica del Registro Civil de Nacimiento de quienes se casan.
• Documento de identificación de quienes se casan.
• Si el matrimonio fue católico, copia auténtica de la partida parroquial.
• Si el matrimonio fue de otra religión, copia auténtica dada por la confesión religiosa debidamente reconocida por el Estado.
• Si el matrimonio se realizó ante juez, acta del matrimonio debidamente protocolizada en notaría.
• Si el matrimonio fue celebrado en el exterior, hay requisitos adicionales que deben consultarse con el notario.

Tiempo estimado de entrega: El mismo día.

Costo: La inscripción en el registro no tiene costo. Las copias, según tarifa notarial.
